  1. How can I make a reservation?
    Search for your apartment on our website, under each description of the apartments you will find a reservation form. Here you enter your preferred dates and information, after completion, you will receive immediately your reservation confirmation. There you will find all the necessary information.
  2. Do I need a credit card?
    Yes, to make a reservation online, you need to provide a credit card. We mainly use this as security for the deposit of € 500, -, by "reserving" the deposit on the card; we will not make any transaction and do not deduct any amount.
  3. How secure is my credit card information managed?
    We keep all data confidential and stored on a special Data Security Server.
  4. Can I pay on the spot?
    No, as there are no receptions at our holiday homes, the payment on the spot is not possible.
  5. Do I have to pay in advance?
    Yes, our terms and conditions are as follows: Deposit 30% of the total amount within 7 days of the reservation. Balance due 30 days before arrival. If your arrival is within 30 days, you need to pay the total amount within 48 hours. You can make payments through bank transfers. If you wish to pay the reservation amount via the credit card, you must inform us, as we do not charge automatically. Please note that card payments are subject to a 3% service charge.
