  1. Are all apartments wheelchair accessible?
    Almost all! Apart from our apartments in the Hofgarten and the Studio Eichberg all apartments are barrier-free and wheelchair accessible.
     
  2. Are the apartments suitable for allergy sufferers?
    Our apartments are allergy friendly. We do not use duvets or down-pillows. In most holiday homes, we do not allow pets. (See below).
     
  3. Do I have to bring towels and bed linen?
    No, towels and bed linen are included in the rental price.
     
  4. Are the towels and bed linen changed?
    For stays of less than 7 nights, there is no change. Within 7 nights, we change 1 x all towels. From 10 nights, we change sheets and towels. For a fee, you can reorder laundry if required. We do not allow removing towels from the apartment.
     
  5. Do I have to pay extra for the final cleaning?
    No, the final cleaning is included in the rent.
     
  6. Where can I wash my clothes?
    There are some apartments with washing machine, for example in “Haus am Bach” or in our deluxe apartments, look at our descriptions.Otherwise, a washing machine and a dryer are available for general use in the basement (except in the courtyard garden). Each use costs € 4, - you can deposit on site. We do not provide washing powder.
     
  7. Which coffee machines are there on the spot?
    In all apartments there are filter coffee machines. You should bring your own filter and coffee.
     
  8. Do I have to buy toilet paper myself?
    Yes. There is an initial equipment and then you have to take care of yourself. The same applies to hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags …
     
  9. Do the apartments have air conditioning?
    No, our apartments are built to be energy efficient and with proper handling, no air conditioning is needed.
     
  10. What kind of heating do the apartments have?
    All apartments have underfloor heating; an outside sensor controls the temperature. You can regulate the room temperature individually.
